Joining forces with BYP, Vodafone aims to create an even more inclusive workplace!
They are proud to offer equal opportunities and are committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone is respected, can be themselves and strive to be their best. This partnership with BYP represents a significant step forward in Vodafone’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. By joining forces with BYP, Vodafone aims to create an even more inclusive workplace, harnessing the potential of diverse talent and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
Vodafone is committed to supporting initiatives that amplify Black voices and drive dialogue around equity, intersectionality and allyship. As a Race in the Workplace signatory, Vodafone has committed to taking action that supports Black and other ethnically diverse employees' career progression. As part of this commitment and their broader ambition to make meaningful progress towards racial equity, they have committed to increasing the number of people from ethnically diverse heritages in their (UK-based) leadership positions to 20%, 4% of whom will be Black by 2025. Their Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) strategy focuses on the barriers many people face due to their race, ethnicity, or cultural heritage. Their strategy includes initiatives like reciprocal mentoring, talent development programmes and investing in partnerships with organisations like BYP.
We are excited to welcome Vodafone and look forward to partnering with them as we work towards dismantling barriers, empowering Black talent, and promoting equity and inclusion for all.
