BCG is proud to renew our partnership with BYP for a second year running. We believe deeply in the importance of community and representation. Community enables a shared sense of belonging and representation, ensures there is space for diverse voices and that they are heard.

Our partnership with BYP helps us to continue to build a stronger, more diverse, and inclusive workplace for all. Looking ahead to 2024 we plan to cocreate webinars, in-person events and panel discussions. These will focus on personal stories from members of our London office as well as demystifying consulting and provide additional resources to further attract and engage black talent through the BYP community.
