Supporting the Black community at Google

The UK Black Googler Network chapter (BGN) is an employee resource group of Googlers with a mission to cultivate Black leaders at Google and beyond, empower the communities where we operate, and transform the tech industry to reflect the diversity of its users.

BGN creates community through participation in events, discussions, and celebrations (i.e., Black History Month ) centered around the diverse topics that most impact the UK Black+ community. BGN members take pride in sharing their time and talent and the greater community outside Google.

Building diversity, equity, and inclusion into our workplace, products, and programs is at the heart of creating a more helpful Google for everyone. When we get this right, we hope to ensure that everyone feels like they belong at Google and beyond.
