From an exclusive sales workshop to a panel on ‘Mindset For Achievement: Cultivating A Growth Mindset To Overcome Obstacles’ BYP NYNN 2025 was the go-to event for Black professionals looking to elevate their careers in 2025!

Hosted by BYP Network and sponsored by Gartner and Mars created a space for individuals to connect, collaborate and inspire each other to reach new heights in their careers, the 2025 edition of NYNN was a transformative experience for expanding networks and unlocking career opportunities.

Proven to be the #1 networking mixer for Black professionals in the UK, this year's edition which happened on the 22nd of January in London, went above and beyond to spark a social hub of rapport for professionals, creating a bond that allowed everyone in the room to connect with, be inspired on, learn from and share! With the theme: The Year of Mobilisation! This year’s event, which is the third edition since inception, had hundreds of professionals in one room, mobilising their next move to career prowess.
