本ポジションは、RX JapanのローカルHRチームをリードしながら、事業リーダーと密に連携し、人事課題に取り組むHRリーダーの役割です。

単なるHRオペレーションにとどまらず、事業の優先事項を実行可能な人事施策に落とし込み、HRの仕組み・プロセス・働き方をより良い形へと進化させていくことが期待されます。

また、変革を進めるうえでは、現場との信頼関係構築や丁寧な合意形成も重要となります。

特に、以下のご経験をお持ちの方にフィットするポジションです:

・HRBPまたはHR Managementとして、事業に近い立場でのご経験

・HRチーム/メンバーのマネジメントおよび育成経験・組織変革、業務改善、制度やプロセスの見直しを推進した経験

・関係者と信頼関係を築きながら、理解促進や合意形成を進めたご経験

・グローバルの方針と日本事業の状況を踏まえ、実務に落とし込める方

【採用要件】

- 学士以上

- グローバル企業でのHR経験5年以上

- 日本語:流暢

- 英語:ビジネスレベル(海外拠点とのやり取り)

- HR関連の専攻、資格所持者

- 海外でのHR経験

- People Management 経験

About the Role
This is a senior HR leadership role responsible for the full people agenda for RX Japan. You will partner closely with the President, COO, and leadership team while representing Japan within the global HR function. The role focuses on driving integration into the global operating model, aligning local practices with global standards, and leading change with cultural awareness and impact.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR adviser to the RX Japan President, COO, and leadership team on all people matters
  • Develop and deliver a Japan people plan aligned to business strategy and global HR priorities
  • Lead the HR integration of RX Japan into the global RX/RELX operating model
  • Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
  • Identify gaps between local and global HR practices and implement transition plans
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and organisational development activities
  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement, building alignment and navigating change
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems align with global frameworks and local legal requirements

Requirements
  • Significant HR business partnering experience within a global, matrixed organisation
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience leading HR through transformation or integration initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese labour law and employment practices
  • Broad HR expertise across talent, organisational development, reward, and employee relations
  • People leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English for global engagement
