Technical Program Manager, Antigravity (Data), DeepMind

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with modeling research teams, including understanding model training and evaluation needs.
  • Experience building data pipelines and access control policies for agentic systems and understanding of data infrastructure tooling/frameworks and policy management.
  • Ability to lead complex projects with cross-team stakeholders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL queries, and experience building product analytics pipelines/dashboards.

About the job

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own and lead critical data infrastructure initiatives for the Antigravity team. In this role, you will be the steward of the data pipelines that power our modeling flywheel, evaluation frameworks, and product telemetry.

This role requires strong technical depth in data engineering at scale, familiarity with data use cases for an agentic product, and close collaboration with research and engineering teams across DeepMind and Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $217000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap, design, and execution of end-to-end data pipelines and policies to ensure training and evaluation are supported by robust infrastructure.
  • Lead collaborations across Google for data use and tracking, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy standards, and security policies.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to improve data management and telemetry tooling, optimizing pipelines to accelerate research velocity.
  • Drive strategy and implementation for product usage analytics and dashboards to support data needs and executive reporting across Google.
