Product Solutions Manager, Google Home

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies that leverage AI and AI-powered tools (e.g., Agentic AI) in a support context.
  • Expertise in translating data and user feedback into actionable product improvements and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of launching and supporting consumer hardware, software, or subscription products.
  • Passion for Smart Home Technologies.

As a Product Support Manager within the gUP Home team, you will translate user feedback and support data into actionable insights that shape the future of our Home portfolio.

This role requires a deep understanding of the user journey, a passion for product quality, and the ability to engage strategically in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will drive insights and strategy to execution, from ensuring flawless launches to driving long-term improvements that fulfill our mission to create a home that takes care of the people inside it and the world around it.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $114000 - $164000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Master the Google Home portfolio to design and deliver support strategies that optimize the user and partner experience.
  • Synthesize cross-channel feedback to identify product gaps and advocate resolutions for top user issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
  • Oversee operational readiness for new hardware and feature launches to ensure a flawless, low-friction user experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across marketing, engineering, and product teams to align goals and manage expectations.
