What you’ll be doing

As a key member of our Product Development team, your role will be pivotal in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they resonate with our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for beauty and general merchandise.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the retail or beauty sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • A passion for beauty and general merchandise, with a keen eye for trends.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with customer-centric design principles.

  • A background in project management methodologies.
