What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our Product Development team, your role will be pivotal in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they resonate with our customers.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies for beauty and general merchandise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in product management, preferably within the retail or beauty sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
A passion for beauty and general merchandise, with a keen eye for trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
It would be great if you also have
Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with customer-centric design principles.
A background in project management methodologies.
