Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Automotive experience with US national and regional local media selling.
  • Lead cross-functionally with measurement, product, specialist teams and AMs to bring thought leadership to clients.
  • Comfortable working with, and using, data to guide decision making and measurement strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to take technical products and simplify them while also being able to go deep on technical products.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for client meetings and training, as needed.

As an Account Executive on the team, you will develop and manage relationships with executive C-suite clients and agency partners in ads/media and related fields, working closely with your team and cross-functional partners to understand customer opportunities and deliver relevant solutions. You will be a lead advocate within Google and our partners' organizations, focused on the successful development and execution of a joint business plan and digital marketing campaigns.

You will manage the day-to-day relationship with clients and agencies, and deliver the highest level of consultative sales and partnership to our client and agency partners to help them deliver on their business goals and in turn grow Google's share of investment. Your role will require collaboration with teammates across a spectrum of experience levels, including partnership on strategy development and sales with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute sales.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $161000 - $235000 (USD) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective relationships with the C-level and key stakeholders, and lead high-impact presentations at industry speaking engagements.
  • Grow business and marketing investment through client-first strategy selling, innovative problem solving, and relationship building.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including managing multiple cross product opportunities and projects.
  • Understand and adapt to Google's ongoing product and technology developments.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy (Joint Business Plan) and develop forward-thinking strategies and tactics.
