Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience designing and implementing (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) systems.
  • 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  • Experience defining and identifying new opportunities to improve domain critical key performance indicators.
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.

In this role, you will orchestrate launches for pricing, promotions, and new products. You will collaborate across Google Cloud functions including Product, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless enablement. You will partner with engineering on system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), while driving process improvements to enhance the partner experience

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage the NPI launch processes for new Cloud products and programs, including gathering systems requirements, writing product requirements documents (PRDs), prioritizing workstreams, and working with engineering to ensure execution, including testing and validation (UAT) with business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Product Managers and business stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features based on systems capabilities and business needs.
  • Identify and resolve risks and blockers throughout the NPI launch cycle,  ensuring timely delivery with high-quality outcomes. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to provide updates on project progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase program velocity at scale and work cross functionally to implement changes and measure impact.
