  • Experience managing hardware-software integrations, diverse hardware ecosystems, or robotics testing environments.
  • Experience with data quality analysis, metric-driven optimization, and creating technical dashboards to track operational efficiency.
  • Ability to travel and lead technical execution for live hardware demonstrations and industry conferences.

US: $217000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant improvements in diverse hardware ecosystem utilization and data collection efficiency through comprehensive analyses and regular reporting.
  • Achieve high-performance efficiency peaks through optimized vendor processes and accountability reviews within the diverse hardware ecosystem. This includes managing technical ambiguities across varying levels of hardware phases.
  • Create processes and dashboards to measure and track standardization of data collection and measurement of the data quality. Sync weekly with all global sites and align on the data they are collecting. Strive to always improve and iterate on our data collection processes and work closely with our Machine learning team to make sure the project is aligned.
  • Serve as the primary technical lead for onsite hardware demos, logistics planning, troubleshooting, and live execution. Collaborate with the logistics manager to execute a logistics plan for each event and verify technical readiness for robotics demonstrations at global conferences and industry events.
  • Ensure all demo-specific hardware is maintained to the highest standards, serving as a first-responder for critical debugging windows during live events. Oversee the expansion of diverse hardware ecosystem capabilities and add additional platforms efficiently.
