Executive Support Agent, Senior Executive Services
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military that includes executive or dignitary protection responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Executive Protection/Dignitary Protection (EP/DP) accreditation.
- Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualified.
- 5 years of experience analyzing intelligence and threat reports to determine the risk level to a location, event, or person so that resources can be scoped appropriately.
- 5 years of experience with Executive Protection/Dignitary Protection or event security operations documents.
- Ability to work flexible or non-standard corporate schedules (including holidays) and travel (up to 50% of the time) domestically/internationally, if needed.

As an Executive Support Agent with Senior Executive Services, you are proactive, detail-oriented with operational skills and serious about security and our commitment to confidentiality. You have impeccable judgment and can quickly solve problems in a logical manner, while working independently and as a part of a team. You will provide the organizational, analytical, and physical skills necessary to ensure safety and security to support the Senior Executive Services (SES) team. Your focus area would be as a team member providing advance work, driving and physical security and logistical support to assigned clients. You would be responsible for client and staff liaison while coordinating with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. You will collaborate and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to support the SES team to provide time critical results. Additionally, you ensure quality control of all services rendered while tracking program performance.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $128000 - $188000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key resource for the senior executive team by coordinating and deploying safety and security assets.
- Conduct security advances and threat assessments to prepare for all executive travel.
- Provide comprehensive logistical and transportation support during executive protection missions.
- Fulfill ad hoc duties and responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of executive protection missions.
- Track key security metrics and maintain detailed records to create scheduled reports.
