Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience with Google Ads, DV360, CM360 or similar digital advertising/tech platforms.

As an Account Manager, you will develop and own relationships with clients, working closely with your team and cross-functional partners to understand customer opportunities and deliver relevant solutions. The role requires you to stay sales-focused, take initiative, and effectively multi-task in a changing environment to help expand the client relationship. You will be an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google.

You will be a lead advocate within Google and our partners' organizations, focused on the successful development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $155000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies with your pitch.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene. 
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets. 
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. 
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
