Director, Product Management, Workspace Monetization
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- 10 years of experience managing and growing a product management team.
- 10 years of experience in product-led growth, monetization, or subscription-based business models.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills, and capable of storytelling with data for senior executive audiences.
- Proven track record of launching successful app products and navigating complex pricing/packaging decisions.
- Highly technical with a demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for growth incubation, balancing short-term revenue targets with long-term global scaling.
- Engage as a trusted advisor to business leaders to understand pain points and priorities, providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to drive product delivery success and align on commercial targets.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends, including disruptive shifts like AI integration, to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
