Executive Engagement Audience Manager, Executive Events Team

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in events marketing or executive communications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the production of executive-level events tailored for global markets.
  • Track record in overseeing high-touch C-suite engagement initiatives or high-profile corporate gatherings.
  • Ability to navigate and lead ambiguous programs under pressure while managing timelines and various competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel and accommodate flexible working hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to drive influence across all organizational levels.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and operational execution of regional and global audience strategies, ensuring tight alignment with regional sales targets and executive customer offices.
  • Manage the global nomination and validation process including coordinating invitation lists, outreach tactics, and the operational setup of executive registration to ensure attendance by the appropriate guests.
  • Lead audience strategy and guest curation across Next executive programs to anticipate and develop CxO engagement activity and delegate management. 
  • Collaborate with the performance team on comprehensive internal executive engagement reporting.
  • Work closely with event producers to ensure the flawless operational execution of all engagement activities for delegate management.
