Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in program management office (PMO) leadership or operations.
- 5 years of experience in working with partners in strategy consulting firms.
- 5 years of experience with presentation software and Google slides.
- Experience driving governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 Years of experience with transformation delivery and Program Management, ideally in consulting delivery or enterprise software.
- 5 years of experience managing budgets, CAPEX/OPEX funding, and SOWs.
- 3 years of AI delivery experience and deep understanding of AI concepts, capabilities and platforms.
- Experience managing partnerships with strategy or management consulting firms.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud products, GenAI solutions, and Gemini Enterprise initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment, manage multiple concurrent operational projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Drive the PMO and governance cadence, including weekly regional huddles per partner, weekly steering committee and tracking all existing customer opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end Gemini Enterprise funding process, managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, Statement of Work (SOWs), and catalyst investment approvals to ensure standardized Return on Investment (ROI), compliance and ROI monitoring.
- Track phased milestone delivery and Customer Chief Officers (CxO) commitments across the Go Big program (Discovery, Build, and Scale phases).
- Design and manage regular communication guidance to executive Google leadership, and the broader Google community that supports these partners (i.e., PxMs, and Regional Partner Leads).
- Build and execute all reporting at the program, customer, Google and partner levels while identifying and orchestrating escalations and issue resolution.
