Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree, MBA, or an equivalent advanced technical/analytical degree.
- 8 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, business intelligence, or strategic program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex stakeholder networks within a global enterprise organization.
- Experience navigating highly ambiguous strategic goals and translating them into clear, actionable data objectives that directly steer product or commercialization roadmaps.
- Distinctive analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization platforms, infrastructure scaling, and the evolving digital creator economy.
- Proven capability to lead, influence, and align executive-level stakeholders across multi-geographic teams.

You will serve as a strategic partner reporting directly to the pillar lead to drive unmatched operational efficiency. In this role, you will unify disparate data streams across our critical cross-functional teams—including Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative—to deliver centralized business intelligence that links insight to action and galvanizes our product and commercialization roadmap.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who will standardize workflows and automate procedural tasks across the pillar, maximizing productivity through AI and tooling.
US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Unify disparate data streams across Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative pillars to deliver centralized business insights, working across Ads and YouTube PM, Regional GTM, Sales Specialists, and YouTube Ads GTM.
- Transform complex business data into actionable strategies that directly galvanize our product and commercialization roadmaps.
- Design standardized operational procedures and leverage AI and advanced tooling to automate procedural tasks and weekly updates, maximizing collective team productivity.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner on critical, executive-facing cross-functional workstreams, translating complex visions into high-impact slides and narratives.
- Partner directly with the pillar lead to navigate complex business needs, scale team efficiencies, and streamline cross-functional communication. Serve as a vital culture carrier by leading initiatives that improve data-sharing, team well-being, and general enthusiasm for our roles in alignment with Google values.
