Regional Operations Manager, Global Security Operations Center

Singapore Full Time

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
  • Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) works.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
  • Track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
  • Understanding of global geopolitical trends and emerging threats and risks.
  • Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incident response and direct teams to conduct complex security investigations. 
  • Design and lead the implementation of security operations programs across campuses. 
  • Drive the development of security strategies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead the development and execution of protocols to assess and mitigate threats and manage crises. 
  • Oversee ongoing support for cross-functional data users by maintaining reports and dashboards.
