Media Effectiveness Lead, Large Customer Sales (French, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with privacy-first digital marketing shifts, including the deployment of privacy-centric measurement solutions, data compliance strategies, or martech adaptations.
  • Experience managing advanced media buying platforms and measurement tools.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy, able to deliver results in changing technology and market environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • A track record on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects.
  • A documented history of managing key client accounts, improving customer metrics, or leading cross-functional relationships to drive business growth.

As a part of the Media effectiveness team, you will help LCS French advertisers define their Measurement strategy to understand the impact of their media on sales and optimize their media allocation. In this role, you will be strategically focused on growing and protecting media revenues and performance for Top and Core accounts in France.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

  • Define and own the media effectiveness agenda and priorities by industry, working in close collaboration with Sales teams (Industry Heads and Industry Managers).
  • Develop and lead the media effectiveness strategy and roadmap of prioritized clients, aligned with customers business objectives and integrated into Joint Business Plans.
  • Accelerate the timely delivery of media effectiveness roadmaps and drive the adoption of modern measurement solutions (MMMs and incrementality tests) across the vertical, working hand-in-hand with the Data and Measurement Leads when relevant.
  • Expand media effectiveness solutions (MMM, tests and experiments) adoption through partners and agencies partner and agency teams to execute delivery via the MMM Certification Program.
