Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience or certification in executive or performance coaching, utilizing behavioral change toolkits to elevate team culture.
- Experience carrying a quota, managing pipelines, or participating in complex B2B sales cycles to translate strategies into high-impact enablement tools.
- Experience creating and delivering high-quality Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions or high-level strategic business planning.
- Experience driving AI tool adoption to scale business rhythms and pitch preparation.
- Experience navigating internal GTM/sales structures and understanding of the Google ecosystem.

As a Market Activation and Growth Principal Lead for Canada Sales teams, you will hold complete strategic and operational ownership over the learning, growth, and sales proficiency agenda for the entire Canadian market. Covering both Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Global Customer Sales (GCS), you will serve as the trusted advisor to regional vice presidents and sales directors, translating overarching global initiatives into localized, high-impact business transformations. You will go beyond standard curriculum to design and deploy targeted, high-value enablement strategies directly onto Canada's must win accounts, leveraging AI-powered coaching tools and in-the-flow learning applications to accelerate sales velocity. This role offers a unique, country-wide canvas to build the future of how Google sells, handles complex B2B pipelines, and drives market-wide commercial excellence.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Co-architect the America's learning agenda and H1/H2 roadmaps to drive capability development and proficiency across product, pitching and competitive positioning. Own the strategic business partnership with regional leadership (VPs, Directors) to bridge global strategy with local market needs and drive business transformation.
- Manage the Global-Regional-Local (GRL) operating model and sales coaching governance as the primary connection between global priorities and local needs. Design feedback loops to measure impact, oversee strategic vendors, and manage the full on-demand learning menu.
- Lead high-visibility tentpole programs, executive offsites, and group workshops. Deliver 1:1 performance coaching and scale a healthy coaching network by recruiting, certifying, and developing tenured coaches.
- Serve as the primary liaison between learning teams and cross-functional partners (rGTM, pGTM, Product/Skill teams). Pinpoint revenue-blocking gaps and embed global priorities to accelerate seller proficiency and competitive excellence.
