Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience navigating fast-evolving environments, such as the scaling AI landscape, with the ability to deliver accurate, rapid-turnaround analysis under tight deadlines while keeping a clear view of overarching business goals.
- Ability to structure massive, ambiguous datasets and translating technical numbers into clear, actionable insights for product and sales leadership.
- Ability to build, scale, and maintain complex, driver-based financial models.
- Exceptional business acumen and a high bar for data accuracy, with a proactive mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining data pipelines, and optimizing legacy planning workflows.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide the thought leadership and analytical excellence necessary to integrate fast-evolving AI growth plans into core financial frameworks for the Cloud business. Partnering closely with Central, Product, and Go-To-Market stakeholders, this role drives the quantitative modeling for regional target allocation and synthesizes Cloud revenue planning across AI and Classic product lines into a unified view for executive leadership.
In this role, you will translate complex multi-year long-range planning (LRP) drivers into the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), clearly outlining execution paths, risks, and strategic tradeoffs for Cloud leadership. Additionally, they will own multi-year bookings and consumption models while serving as a central bridge across FP&A and data teams. By leveraging the latest AI tools to automate reporting and modernize workflows, you will streamline data pipelines and elevate overall operational planning excellence.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to build quantitative models allocating global targets down to key regional markets and customer segments. Provide the thought leadership needed to integrate new, fast-evolving AI growth plans and competitive dynamics.
- Partner across product lines to consolidate complex Cloud and GCP revenue planning models. Synthesize inputs across systems into a single financial view that provides clear, driver-based insights for executive leadership.
- Translate long-range planning drivers into the AOP framework. Build the structures that tie annual targets to the multi-year plan, clearly outlining execution steps, risks, and strategic tradeoffs.
- Own the multi-year financial framework for bookings. Partner with strategy and operations and finance to align bookings with revenue and backlog consumption trends.
- Partner with teams to streamline data pipelines, share knowledge, and leverage the latest AI tools to automate and modernize core planning processes.
