Program Manager, Supply Chain and Machine Operations
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management within supply chain, manufacturing, or infrastructure operations.
- 8 years of experience managing material allocation, planning, or deployment programs for infrastructure environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
- 10 years of experience with supply chain or large-scale operations.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing high-impact teams with a wide scope and a high degree of leadership.
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.

As a Program Manager for Supply Chain and Operations, you will provide functional oversight for the Machine Operations and Deployment Engineering (MODE) team. This senior role is tasked with setting the strategic goal for partner team relationships, transitioning the function away from a strictly execution-based model. Operating in a relationship with end-to-end orchestration roles, you will govern partner performance and monitor the mitigation of service level issues. A critical component of the position is managing the intersection between planning and execution during the immediate eight-week horizon. You will own the prioritization and allocation of constrained materials, such as batteries and racks, ensuring Google's infrastructure goals are met. Success in this role requires leveraging supply chain expertise and data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
