š About the Role
Ready to turn every visit into a wow moment? As a Guest Experience Supervisor at the worldāfamous M&MāS London Store, youāll lead from the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Youāll support and coach your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold brand, quality, and food safety standards ā all while creating a fun, welcoming, and high-performing environment.
Working closely with management, youāll help bring the magic of M&MāS to life and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
š What will be your responsibilities?
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional guest experiences and championing a āguest comes firstā culture in a fun, inclusive environment with a āOne for All and All for Funā mentality
- Lead on the shop floor as MOD, managing guest flow, minimising wait times, ensuring safety, and handling guest and Associate queries
- Support and coach associates on hospitality, product knowledge, selling, and working closely with merchandisers for stock replenishment
- Maintain high visual and product standards, ensuring displays are accurate, fully stocked, and aligned with floor plans
- Bring the brand to life through in-store experiences (e.g., candy wall, sampling, personalisation), while supporting data capture and guest engagement initiatives

- Proven experience leading and inspiring a team in a customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership background within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and keep store operations running smoothly
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders, from team members to store leadership, to ensure clear communication and collaboration
- Proactive in driving sales, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering a fun, engaging, and consistently high-quality guest experience
