What is the BYP Network Job Board, and why should we use it?

BYP Network is the UK’s largest network of black professionals with nearly 50,000 members. The BYP Network Job Board exists so organisations like you can attract talented black professionals who are generally underrepresented in the workforce. We exist to change the black narrative and one of the ways we do this is to improve representation of black professionals across all levels of business.

Where can I see all the categories of jobs and filter on job types?

On the homepage (https://careers.byp-network.com) use the search bar to search for a job. For example type in "Finance" and click on "SEARCH". You will be presented with finance based jobs (if advertised).

On the next (results) page on left hand side, you see "Refine your search" followed by different job filters such as "Category", "Job Type", "Company", "City", "State", "Salary" and "Workplace". You will now be able to filter your search based on these filters.

What sort of companies should post on the job board?

We are growing significantly everyday partnering with hundreds of companies across many different industries. The growth we experience and how we operate makes us completely industry agnostic working with companies of all sizes.

Do you offer any sort of discounts for charities?

Yes sure we do. Please email us at [email protected] and we will give you a coupon code worth a 20% discount.

Do you offer any other services apart from the Job Board for corporate partners?

Yes we do! The BYP Network Job Board just scratches the surface. We also offer Employer Branding services that includes content promotion and virtual events as well as internal workshops on the Black Experience. What does ‘Young’ mean? What is your age demographic?

We always say you are as young as you feel :) We attract members of all ages, but our most represented age demographic is professionals between the ages of 25-35 (around 40%), however, we also cater to recent graduates, junior professionals and experienced hires.

Can we subscribe for monthly credits? Are there discounts available if so?

If you want to subscribe to a package and benefit from discount and extra features please email us at [email protected]. For example 5 job posts a month on an annual contract will cost you £900 per month, whereas if you purchase 5 credits individually it would cost you £1250.

How much traffic can we expect to get from a job post?

Traffic for the role depends on type of role, level, industry etc. We promote roles across our channels, but we don’t have control over the number of candidates or quality of applications but you benefit from a more diverse talent pool of people applying for the position.

Are we able to pay by invoice?

How do I post on the job board?

Please click https://careers.byp-network.com/ and complete the following steps:

1. Go to Post A JOB at the top of the page to your left

2. Select product

3. Fill in details

4. Make Payment with credit / debit card

How do I edit my company profile?

Once logged in at https://careers.byp-network.com/ please follow the below steps:

1. On the top right hand side of the page you should see the email used to create the account

2. Click on the arrow

3. Click Manage Profile

4. Fill in details including background image and logo

I forgot my password or I am unable to log in, please help?

Email us at [email protected] stating your name and company name and a new welcome email will be sent to you in order to login. To change your password to something memorable please do the following:

1. On the top right hand side of the page you should see the email used to create the account

2. Click on the arrow

3. Click User Settings

4. Edit password information whilst putting current password in from welcome email

How do I add my colleagues who need access to the account?

1. Go to the top right hand corner and click the email used to the create the account

2. Go to Team Admin

3. Invite Team Member

4. Fill in details
